Erasmus - Staff Mobility

In the action "Teaching Personell Mobility for Teaching": those who are eligible to participate are the faculty members, and those who have teaching duties at the University of Peloponnese are entitled to participate (EDIP, EEP, PD407/80, Academic Scholars).

In the action "Staff Mobility for Training": faculty members, those who have teaching duties at the University of Peloponnese, members of the ETEP, administrative staff and contract staff are eligible to participate.

The expressions of interest is posted on the University of Peloponnese website and communicated to the staff by any appropriate means. The call for applications shall specify the method, the deadline for submission, the necessary supporting documents and the method of selection.

The University of Peloponnese encourages all staff of the Institution to participate in mobility actions for teaching and/or training through Erasmus+. The selection of mobility is carried out with respect to the principles of good administration, impartiality and equality.

Following the submission of the applications of the interested parties, a ranking of the applications of the interested parties will be carried out and a list of the interested parties will be drawn up in descending order of ranking. If not all of the applicants' applications can be met, the applicants with the highest number of points will be selected for transfer.

In the interests of equal opportunities, and specifically for the 'Training' action, it is already stated in the notice that priority in the evaluation will be given to administrators, given that teachers can also be moved through the 'Mobility of teachers for teaching' action. In particular, 70% of the posts available for training are filled by administrators and 30% by lecturers. Following the recommendation of the Institutional Manager and the approval of the selected candidates by the Research Committee, the Erasmus Office will be responsible for informing the applicants, the Teaching/Training Plan will be signed by the Scientific Officer of the Programme and the contracts will be drawn up under the responsibility of the Erasmus Office.

The period of mobility for Teaching and Training is institutionally recognised by the institution.
