Undergraduate Studies

The Undergraduate Studies Programme of the Department of Sports Organisation & Management of the University of Peloponnese has been developed based on the programmes of similar and internationally recognised departments abroad, the guidelines of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Authority for Higher Education (HQA) and the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS).

The Department offers a competitive Undergraduate Programme of 4 years, which provides graduates with the opportunity to acquire specialised scientific knowledge, skills and competences.

In particular, the Undergraduate Programme of the Department of Sport Organisation & Management aims:

(a) to provide high quality higher education at both theoretical and applied levels,
(b) to continuously monitor new developments in the scientific field treated by the Department,
(c) at the acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities by the graduates, which enable them to successfully attend postgraduate programs in universities in Greece and abroad,
(d) at the promotion of science in the fields of knowledge in which the members of the Department's teaching and research staff are active, and
(e) at the creation of an appropriate environment for the exchange of ideas between the academic community, the labour market and society.
